SHIPPING CHARGES (IF APPLICABLE) WILL BE NOTIFIED TO YOU AFTER WE HAVE CHECKED AND CONFIRMED THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER.

WHILE YOUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS PRE-AUTHORISED AT THE TIME OF PLACING YOUR ORDER, PAYMENT WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED ONCE WE HAVE PICKED YOUR ORDER AND YOU HAVE APPROVED ANY APPLICABLE SHIPPING CHARGES.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order requirements apply when shopping on our website.

Melbourne Click & Collect: The minimum order amount for Click & Collect is $90.00.

Melbourne Metro Area - Free Shipping Offer: The minimum order amount to qualify for this offer is $90.00. Any orders below the minimum order value of $90.00 (if accepted) will incur a $15.00 (plus GST) delivery fee within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area.

Regional Victoria and Interstate: The minimum order amount is $90.00 plus applicable shipping charges.

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer Click & Collect to customers from our warehouse shop-front located in Dandenong, Victoria.

Click & Collect orders will generally be ready for collection within 3 business days. However, we will contact you once your order has been picked and is ready for collection.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Orders shall be dispatched in good condition and in good faith and no responsibility is accepted for goods damaged in transit.

Orders shall be dispatched as soon as possible, following the receipt of the order.

The customer will be notified in the event of any extended delays in dispatch.

Delivery will be made Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

MELBOURNE METROPOLITAN AREA

Orders exceeding $90.00 in value will qualify for free shipping within the "Melbourne Metropolitan Area" (as defined by us).

"Melbourne Metropolitan Area" means the delivery service area defined by us, which broadly extends from Melbourne CBD to the following suburbs:

Western Suburbs: Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Werribee, Wyndham
Northern Suburbs: Broadmeadows, Greensborough, Sydenham
Eastern Suburbs: Belgrave, Berwick, Croydon, Ferntree Gully

Orders less than $90.00 in value will incur a delivery fee of $15.00 (plus GST) within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area (as defined by us).

The customer or a representative must be present at the shipping address to accept delivery. Alternatively, you must provide instructions at the time of placing the order (e.g. for the goods to be left in a secure location).

If no one is available to accept delivery and we are unable to contact you, then we may be forced to return the goods to our warehouse. In this case, the goods will be made available at our warehouse for collection or we can try to deliver the goods again, subject to a re-delivery charge of $15.00 (plus GST).

ALL OTHER AREAS

Shipping Charges will apply for:

Areas outside the Melbourne Metropolitan Area, as defined by us.
Regional Victoria and interstate orders.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Smaller orders will be shipped with Australia Post or Sendle.

For larger orders (pallet and semi-pallet loads), we may be able to offer you a better shipping charge with a dedicated transport / courier company, such as Toll.

Shipping rates typically include a basic charge (based on the suburb) and a variable charge (based on the total weight and cubic measurements of your order).

For this reason, credit card payments are only processed at the time of shipping.

When you place an order, we calculate the weight and cubic measurements, and give you the opportunity to confirm the shipping charges before we fulfil your order and charge your credit card.

We will normally ship your order by Australia Post and Australia Post will require someone to accept the delivery. You may also provide instructions at the time of placing the order (e.g. for the goods to be left in a secure location).

However, if goods are shipping with a dedicated transport / courier company, like Toll, you must be present to accept delivery.

If Australia Post is unable to complete delivery, the goods may be taken to an Australia Post facility where they can be collected by you.

However, other dedicated transport / courier companies may charge a re-delivery fee if you are not present when they attempt to complete delivery.

OVERSEAS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

We do not ship goods overseas / outside of Australia, as most countries have domestic biosecurity laws restricting the import of food products.
